weekends suck

Was doing great all week until the weekend. Gained almost 10 lbs in 2 days of careless eating. Just proves that you can't take any days off. On to week 2. This week, no drinking alcohol til 03/15/25.

First day back in the saddle.

Today begins my latest attempt at a healthy weightloss journey. Got up at 4:00am, in the gym lifting at 5:00am and at work by 6:30am. So far its been a pretty good morning. I have over 5000 steps before 10:00am.
